The service and your writing
Still Me is an AI-assisted translation service operated by María Helgadóttir, trading as NexoItec in Reykjavík, Iceland. You keep your rights to your writing and permit processing only as needed to provide the service. Only submit text you are entitled to use. Translations can contain errors; review important facts and meaning before publishing. Still Me does not guarantee invisible-watermark removal or an AI-detector result.
Plans and source words
The free trial gives 1,000 source words once per verified account. The monthly subscription is USD 4.99 for 30,000 source words per billing month and renews automatically until cancelled. Unused monthly words expire at the end of that period. A USD 3.99 one-time pack adds 10,000 words with no expiry and no subscription requirement. Applicable tax is shown at checkout. Paid plans are available only when checkout is enabled.
How usage works
Each successful translation uses words from the source text, including retranslations. Output and style notes do not count. Monthly words are used first. Trial and word-pack balances do not expire. When your balance is too low, translation pauses until you have enough words; there are no automatic overage charges. Failed translations release their reserved words.
Cancellation and refunds
Manage or cancel your subscription through Manage payments in the app or the Creem customer portal. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid another monthly charge. Cancellation leaves the remaining paid period available. For billing errors, translation problems, refund requests or withdrawal rights, contact hello@nexoitec.com with your purchase reference. Creem processes payments and refunds. Refund requests are assessed individually, and refunded or disputed purchases may have their corresponding word credit adjusted. Nothing here excludes mandatory consumer rights or remedies for a defective service.
Fair use and service changes
Do not misuse accounts, evade word limits, interfere with the service, or submit unlawful material or material that infringes others’ rights. Access may be restricted where needed to address abuse or security issues. Availability depends on our service providers. We will communicate material changes to paid plans before they affect a future purchase or renewal; mandatory rights remain unaffected.
